I've heard the name Canute via my various Civ games but that was the extent of my knowledge. LOL

2023-03-07 13:35:09 +0000 UTCGlad you're doing season 2 as well, so far I've liked it a lot more than season 1 (not to hype it up too much). In England, we learn about King Canute in school so I was spoiled that he would end up on the throne going in, so it was interesting seeing someone not spoiled by history react to this (though it is very "based on a true story" about the details, not super accurate).
