The guy that found Laura's body, Pete Martell (husband of missing Catherine), is played by Jack Nance, who was in a ton of David Lynch projects, and played ERASERHEAD in eraserhead. Kyle McLachlan, who plays Agent Cooper, had major roles in Dune and Blue Velvet. I believe you've seen all 3 if I recall correctly when you listed your Lynch films watched.
