That's a good point about personal codes. I definitely need to get into that in the next intro because, much as I like Stringer, he's grimy AF. Needs to be discussed. LOL

2021-09-15 21:10:14 +0000 UTCyeah i see your point on the violence from avon, i personally respect his character because it’s very authentic. despite the chaos, he follows a code, it’s clear when he gets mad at stringer for putting a hit on omar and his grandma on a sunday morning. he’s an OG and that commands respect that’s why regardless of what’s happening he has people ready to take all charges for him. he also would’ve never gave string to the cops. whereas string was also violent, but he just justified it like it’s just business to him (omar’s boyfriend, wallace, d’angelo, setting up brother to get murdered etc). but there’s a disconnect between him and the streets. he didn’t follow no code, no principles, just straight capitalism lol. in a way, that’s what’s more ruthless to me. btw avon’s second is slim charles. one of my favorite characters. next season is also my favorite, hope you enjoy it.

2021-09-15 19:45:48 +0000 UTCin germany all prisons are owned and run by the Government no profit style. speaking of keelhauling when do you plan to continue with Black Sails? but its also easier to manage in germany if i look for prisoners stats the usa has 639 out of 100 000 germany has 69 out of 100 000 in the same report so its a waaaay lower number but the us is also number 1 world wirde in % of population in prison so there has to be something wrong. and the guy at the beginning wasnt security just one of the contractors for the building works the one stringer wanted to meet at the time. you will be surprised about next seasons topic :) season 3 for me feels like its an inbetween piece i somehow never see it on its own dont know why.
