13.14 Changes:

Aatrox up 2 tiers, good buffs for his soloq scaling, weaker in early game tho, but alot stronger later, if able to lane with lethality items, i suggest going lethality build, duskblade or eclipse depending on if u need % pen or not

This nerf wont make jax move on the list, jax will still remain a high A+ champ and S+ in some matchups like renekton, camille, sante etc. Jax problem is often top doesnt get played around in soloq, and its a champ that needs to be played around to be really strong.

Shyvana top is a bit better, mainly good vs GP since hes so weak early levels now so you get 6 for free and just ult and poke him down. Can easily work vs tank tops tho.

Volibear quite good vs something like renekton, and really terrible vs other things like fiora.

Jax Fiora very happy with shojin and steraks changes. i wont move any of these champions tho as this is only items they buy as 3rd and later.

Ghost change is just a buff imo

triforce change dont matter

LB no longer oneshots waves without needing to use spells, thing is tho that using spell in top and taking longer to push is alot worse than in midlane. Down a tier.

13.15 Changes:

Aatrox down to A+ from S tier due to the nerfs on this patch, still better than he used to be ofc. Yone Camille being buffed is pretty bad for aatrox too.

Camille up a tier, steraks buffs, triforce and sunderer obth being fine on her, nerfs to jax, aatrox picked alot, all good things for camille.

gwen is rlly good, in good gwen games, this buff doesnt change that, still bad in blindpick situations

Seju down a tier, her entire trades basically got nerfed alot.
