so her whole deal: Rich poodle milf, incredibly haughty, considers anyone making noise in her neighborhood a 'hooligan' and/or 'ruffian'. And has on multiple occasions hypnotized said rascals into submission with a well-cast glare, and made them do chores around her mansion. they've ALL got smiles on their faces though, just how she likes it
the other folks have a nickname for her based on rumors circling around, tho... Hipno...
entirely unsure if more will be done with her, but I made two things of her so she's GOTTA be more than just a background design by NOW
