She lifts her veil a little to let the audience enjoy the full view of her midriff as it is being licked by the patron. She never stopped dancing while he clung and squeezed her magnificent midriff. The patron held onto her hips not wanting to let go of this heavenly experience, as the regulars there know that unlike the other tavern dancers there, its not easy to grab hold of her, unless she lets her guard down on purpose, and that don't happen often.
He alternates between thrusting her navel with his tongue, and licking it delicately to really taste flesh around her navel, while his hands massage and squeeze the sides of her belly. It felt firm yet soft and delicate to the touch. Throughout all this, the dancer's charming smile never wavered. Her energy illuminates the whole tavern and the overall mood feels fun when she's around.
She never felt like she was trouble despite being held tightly by the patron desperately holding on to her midriff while he kiss and licks it as she's dancing. She's always able to break off from their grip through a combination of her dancing skill and her charm. (There's also the assurance that the tavern has a team of reliable guards to help when things go bad, but it never happened with her.)
The crowd cheered and whistled as it is a special moment when the star of the tavern got her belly played with by a patron. They all ordered extra food and drinks to celebrate.
