The five points today is a far different place comprised of Chinatown, Old little Italy, Civic Center(which contains City Hall, as well as Federal, State and City court houses and administrative buildings, and NYPD Headquarters), and various other commercial public and private areas and buildings… and not too far from Wall Street.
