Hi everyone! Hope you are having an amazing day- Happy Friday! Happy Full Moon Cancer Eclipse. The energy is so bonkers. Exciting and exuberant yet intense and pressurizing. 

How are you doing? Do you have plans for this auspicious full moon? 

Cancer is a sign of the mother, the emotions, the mystic, the home, the receptive, the intuitive, and of feelings. This is the time to let yourself really feel, with ZERO fear, what/how you want to feel. To mother yourself, hold space for your dreams, and use those claws to free yourself should you need to.

I plan to have a bath later tonight and do a candle ritual and meditation to focus on feeling and aligning to what and how I want to feel, and just committing to my dreams. 

Recently tried to express a thought via insta stories which is always a bit hard as I jump around so much... I feel a lot of us are feeling very crunched by time. There's never enough of it but I mean, lately its been SO intense. I think we need to honor that is checking off our to-do list feel challenged right now 1. its ok, we are human and we need to let things flow 2. the WORK we are feeling so called to complete might not be exactly physical at this point. There may be things below the surface that need to be the focus now, like our physical and mental health, so that we can enjoy the do-to list more. 3. This is the most intense astrological times of our lives.  Theres gonna be some ups and downs as we step into the first pages of our new reality.
