The Story of little Katy 8#

I was laying for hours on the bed, staring at the ceiling, thinking about what happened. About the cave, the gruel in it and what it brought to me. The shrinking, the pain and the embarrassing that comes with it, but also the special night with Victoria. The first mage I ever met that wasn't a freaking vampire. Did I really felt in love with a woman, more than twice my size, her bust bigger than my head? I was torn apart between my old life as a self-confident hunter and my new, by giant and caring girl's protected, small being. It was a strange story, in a strange world, and I wasn't safe what I wanted. Maybe this was the reason I was getting so bitchy, as Katy grows instead of me. Because I had to make a choice now. Before this, I never question what I should do. Of course, I wanted to be tall again. But now? I wasn't sure anymore. And hours of thinking doesn't make it better. But destiny should one more time decide my fate, instead of my own decisions.

It must be next to midnight as it was knocking at the door. I thought it would be Katy, coming back from her training, but as I welcomed her, no one was coming in. The door kept closed, and only a letter was slid under the door. Mysterious and uncommon. And so very interesting for me. I stand up, picking up the small note and reading the little text, that was scribe upon it: "Your potion is ready. For the both of us. See me at the lab. - Vic", underneath her name a good visible kiss on the paper.

While seeing it, I started smiling. Was the decision for me that simple? Was Victoria the answer? I had to be become suspicious at this moment. But I don't. I was blinded by love and a live I would never think to become possible, or even the right thing for me. And so I headed down one more time to the alchemy lab.

Even in the light of day, the subterraium was a dark place. But now, at midnight, it was becoming pitch black as I was wondering down the stony and echoing halls of the basement. I was never afraid of caves, or the darkness. So I found my way to the lab, only lit by some last shy shining candles. My eyes searching for the tall, beautiful mage as they looked through the abandoned and silent halls.

"Vic? Are you there?", I spoke into the quiet place, not knowing that I was watched all along. From eyes hiding in the shadows. The eyes of a monster I was sworn to kill. The eyes of a vampire.

"Victoria will not come.", the known voice, spoke out of is hiding place.

"What?", I answered surprised and turning around, to see Fiona step out of the shadows.

"You really don't have a clue, do you?", the small girl questioned as I saw her entire face for the first time. Her red eyes, glowing in the darkness, the pale skin of hers and the dark speaking made it clear by the very first second. Fiona was a vampire.

"Wait? You are..!", I stated, as this monster was coming in, promptly interrupted by her.

"All the time, right under your so called 'dawnguard' nose. Yes.", she said, smiling for herself: "You were really that blinded by this big titted wanna-be-mage, that you overlooked the most obvious thing all along. Me. Nobody expects the small Fiona to be a threat. He-He."

"Where's Victoria? What have you done to her?!", I yelled angry, trying to sound confident.

"Don't worry about her. Worry about yourself. I'm here for you, not her."

"What do you want from me, monster?!", knowing that a fight would be a bad idea at this point.

"What I want? Do I really have to tell you that? I want the power that sleeps in your veins.", the vampire explains, coming another step towards me.

"You want my blood, bitch?! Come and get it! I fought monsters twice your size!"

"He-he, you really don't know what you're talking, hm?", Fiona said, making another step: "You are the key in all of this, without even knowing it."

"Stay there! I warn you!"

"Oh? What do you wanna do – little man?", the vampire smiled and doing another step.

Fiona was only about 1,55m (5f) tall, not very muscular or powerful at all. A dwarf of a vampire, so to say. But at my current state, she was still tree heads bigger than me, threatening me with her very presence. But it was becoming even worse.

"I will...!", I started, confident as the coughing sets in once again. More heavy, painful and shrinking as ever before. I couldn't hold it as I was falling to the ground as I shrunk, and shrunk and shrunk.

"Oh, do we have a shrinking problem? Maybe because of a bad potion? Ha-HA!", Fiona laughed dark and amused: "Do you really thought I would mix up the wrong potions, you little shit?!"

As the coughing stopped, I must have shrunken way more than ever before, now seeing only Fiona gigantic foot above me, threatening my life.

"Ohh, I could crush you so easily. Unfortunately, I still need you.", the vampire played, before coming down to me.

"Kathryn will get you...", I caught badly before the smile in Fiona's face was getting even darker.

"You mean little Katy? Ohhh, I have to tell you something, but it looks like I killed her already. You are mine now, little Garet. And the both of us will have so much fun. You will see."

Another dark laughter leaves Fiona before I finally blacked out.
