I agree with that wish. I do have a theory though that Jeph realised his inspiration wasn't trending in a Clinton-Elliot direction and that's why they broke up 'suddenly' (from our POV). Anxiety episodes aside, there would have been plenty of other moments to show, but it would also have required keeping the focus on those two over that period and I think Jeph is just busy telling other stories. But it's a little sad that for all the build-up to their relationship, we never got much of them being together. With that said, sometimes relationships do just fall through relatively quickly. I was never that sure how well they really complemented each other as personalities, but I would have liked more time with them even so.

It's fine, and the scenes as they are playing out are very believable (and I do hope Elliot gets help) but I wish we had seen more of their relationship, followed by the breakup in real time
