I just take the modesty as the artist's choice to keep his PG rating, or at least mostly SFW rating, and tighten my Disbelief Suspenders as needed.

Conservation of volume. Shapes mimicing a female form then to lose volume around the waist. I have to imagine that energy density is a lot better in this timeline, but any extra volume could be being used to house energy storage. In the end it's odd they take human forms at all, but that could be weighted on human biases as well. Stereotypical female shapes likely mesh better with human society as a whole.

And interesting amount of modesty goes on in these places. I suppose it's hard to get too hung up on a look when you can litterally swap your face later. You would select on base features and upgradability. You measurements would likely be an artifact of the internal volume needed to house the capabilities you wanted.

This is kind of a nit-pick, but the mirrors in panels 4 and 5 appear to be reflecting the original image over the wrong axis.
