Clients will regularly come in, pick a few items from the shop, and come to the counter to pay. Sometimes they'll ask for a coffee, and if you haven't stocked the shelves enough, they'll ask for items which aren't there anymore.
If you look closely it seems the client is sliding on the floor as if it had Heelys. That's right, everybody is cool in this game.
