At that time Reika already had a great reputation among many ladies, making an amazing work. Mahiru was a little shy at first, surprised by such straightforward kind of the checkup, but she ended up liking it quite a lot!~

Hello everyone~!
For this set the main challenge was to keep characters' styles and hair color consistent. It's a little tricky to draw two blonde ladies sometimes. Also, for this set I decided to try some variants for the background and scenes with dynamic facial expressions, hope it looks good!

Nice work, especially on the dynamic facial expressions; Reika is always a treasure trove of fun expressions. The background variations were nice, the cool greens and blues offsetting the intense action in the foreground. The buildup and foreplay was excellent, Reika really knows how to get her patients in the mood for... health. The passion in the end of the set was a great climax, the different positions, the spanking, and the final patient satisfaction. Reika's clinic has a cure for everything!
