Brief History

The Jericho 941 has been Daniel’s primary sidearm since his arrival in Raccoon City. Israeli-made and designed for reliability under harsh conditions, the pistol quickly became an extension of his hand, simple, sturdy, and forgiving. Purchased through the Kendo Gun Shop long before the outbreak, the Jericho served as his daily carry weapon.

After the Hargreave lab incident, the Survivalist overhauled the weapon with a full internal rebuild, replacing worn components and tuning it to handle the punishing +P+ hollowpoint loads Daniel favors. The pistol now balances brute force with surgical precision, capable of dealing increased damage while maintaining pinpoint control. It lacks the exotic flair of his later acquisitions, but its proven reliability makes it indispensable.

Customizations & Modifications

Reinforced Slide Assembly: Forged from billet steel, re-machined and stress-hardened to handle extreme chamber pressures from +P+ ammunition without sacrificing cycling reliability and removing the danger of catastrophic barrel damage.

Threaded Barrel: Match-grade replacement with muzzle threads for optional suppressor use, allowing for reduced sound profile without unbalancing the weapon.

Improved Trigger Group: Featherlight trigger balancing reduces pull on the firing mechanism, allowing for easier target control and better shot grouping. 

Fiber-Optic Combat Sights: Red-green sight system for fast target acquisition in low light with tritium-lining for visibility under blackout conditions.

Marksman Grip: Customized and personalized grip shaped for better control when firing in succession, reducing recoil and allowing for greater precision at longer ranges.
