This mod has fomod support for physics selection if you don't want physics on skirt just choose no hdt version, if you choose hdt version make sure you have requirements for physics.

skyrim LE version:
for skyrim LE does not have physics and doesn't need any requirements
Ground object :
Please don't drop armor sets in ground because does not have world ground object it will float in air if you do, this only for crafting menu
