Global Conflicts

These where a fun little practice. Basically just an excuse to give me a visual cheat sheet in the future when I draw too.

The earliest of these the Alaskan Liberation Front to put bluntly is just MGS1 Espionage gear/Setting. I made it a point that most the weapons should be either ridiculously huge rocket launchers or compact PDWs/pistols. With the uniforms being tight fitting suits or 'metal gear'

The Arctic Free Zone is a retrofitted Corporate Platform on the horn of South American and Antarctica. Containing Mercenaries, Refugees, Subsidized Corporate Kill Squads Etc. So it's a whole mixed bag of peoples. I mainly use it for armor practice. As it's a good chance to boil down multiple styles or designs.

The Indochina Area has been the one I've been drawing the most as of recent. (Because I like practically nude woman in mechs) It's a corporate war of random local militaries, governments, corporations, and people. Of course I tend to take from Vietnam Movies and more of the light hearted elements that come from other Asian areas such as M.A.S.H in Korea as inspiration. It's mainly used for Mecha art, I find dense jungle or lightly rural areas as good playzones for them.

The last and most recent one is the Eurasian Trail, I haven't done a lot of art for it yet but I plan on drawing more machinery/vehicles for it as the theme. Think Highfleet as a good example. The only reason I haven't drawn more is because drawing a train is a lot harder than a mech or plane.
