Submit Your Question For The MinnMax Show Podcast

This week for community questions on the podcast, we'll have Ben Hanson, Kyle Hilliard, and Haley MacLean. It's your turn to make the show better by leaving a question, news story, BetterQuest goal, or anything else for us to read on the show as a comment below! We’ll choose our favorite and iam8bit will ship out the great prize below for the winner! We'll stop pulling questions around 8am Central on Wednesday.

On this week’s episode we’ll be talking about...

Due to an embargo, we can't share the live episode with folks at the $10 tier until Thursday - but we'll share a link to the unedited, raw episode then in the Discord. There also can't be an early-access version for $5 supporters, but we'll post that (with no ads) on Thursday right when the embargo lifts.

You could do us a favor by subscribing to the audio version of the podcast on iTunes or your favorite podcast app, telling a friend, leaving a review, and subscribing to our YouTube channel!

If the MinnMax crew were elected to create/develop a brand new game with funding that had no ceiling.. what would that game look like? Treat this like you guys had all the control and time you needed to make it happen!

Not a question but a justification for LocalThunk's favorite part of making Balatro: In an interview he said his favorite part of development was creating shaders. I thought it was an odd choice, but after working 20 hours just on one shader in Unreal, I totally get it. You can make some insane effects with (relatively) little effort. Context for me: at work I'm creating virtual environment for mixed reality video production. Unreal Engine is so versatile I recommend giving it a try and learning some tutorials! Thanks all, love the pod. More talk about niche things like Picross! Toodles, Ian Miller
