I speak Italian so I can help a bit with the pronunciation! "Ghibli" is an Italian engine manufacturer that made plane engines, which is why Miyazaki likes the word. It's pronounced Gibly with G like Girl. In Japanese it's pronounced Ji-bu-ree with G like Giraffe. Either pronunciation is correct, totally depends on what language you're pulling from. I'm biased towards the Italian pronunciation personally.

It's got one of the most impressive visual metaphors for grappling with death! JK I love you but for real, self-examine. S-tier.
