Is there a games sorry you like with story telling you didn't like?

2024-02-20 17:28:18 +0000 UTCHello. Newbie here and wanted to ask if you think that the games media, in general, can handle leaks and rumours better? As a recent example, I would cite the Xbox exclusivity leaks that sent some of the industry into a tailspin. Admittedly there was a vocal minority of gamers social media screaming their concerns, but it would seem many news outlet’s inadvertently stoked this. Does it help to have hour long podcasts (not naming names here) devoted to chicken little style speculation?
