Hello everyone, including my nemesis JeffM! Ana, your voice and perspective will be missed with Minnmax. And as a random farewell question, completely unrelated to gaming... what is the most common condiment you can think of that you don't like or don't have in your kitchen. For example, I rarely have ketchup in my kitchen because I prefer things that taste good. Also, knowing the crew here, the definition of a condiment is as follows per Merriam Webster dictionary: Collegiate Definition : something used to enhance the flavor of food especially : a pungent seasoning -Geoff aka Groffles

Hi Cohorts. Congrats, Ana - you'll be missed on the show! Pretty basic question but I don't think it's been asked - with Resident Evil 8 on the way, what is THE scariest game you've each played?

Gunna miss Ana so much! Just a quick question this week, what features would your ideal gaming platform have? Can be console, pc, handheld, VR, etc.

Chuck Emmett

Hey Ben and hey Ana and the rest of the cohorts. Honestly as someone who was skeptical at the thought of bringing in new faces for the MinnMax crew I quickly warmed to Ana, she's been a delight and I'm sad to see her step away but also happy for her landing a new job! As a fellow Pokémon fan what is Ana looking forward to seeing this year for the big anniversary that hasn't been announced yet? Diamond Pearl remake rumors are swirling but I don't find that exciting, then again given how disappointing Sword/Shield were maybe a remake would deliver a much needed nostalgia hit.

Thank you for everything you've brought to Minnmax, Ana! And congratulations on the new job. :)

Hey Ben and the CLCs, congrats Ana on the new full time gig, but I will miss your your unique and compelling perspective on the show and your hot-fire gaming takes :P hope you can make an appearance soon :) Ok Now here's a question for you: Do you have a favorite episode or moment on MinnMax?(that you were a part of or just watched) and bonus credit; Ben always asks all of US what we would like to see more of from MinnMax, but what about you? What do you want to see more of?

Joshua Caleb

Hello Ana and others, First off, congrats Ana on your new job! Second, what do you think about GameStop turning some of their stores into a place where people can build a pc and buy parts at? I have a buddy who works at GameStop and he mentioned that this change will be happening either Summer or Fall where people can come in and a store associate will help them build a gaming pc. He said this would be similar to what Microcenters do. I like this idea as it helps lower the bar for people to get in pc gaming as doing all of the research to find the right pieces and actually building it is time consuming and confusing. Best wishes, Tad

Hanson and the ‘horts, Since this is Ana’s last episode, this may be our last chance to hear something I’ve been very curious to hear. Can Ana please sing the Pokerap?! She said she could do it and I think it would certainly make the show better. Thanks, Greg “FlaminQueso”

Do you think we'll be getting more last gen ports than usual in the next couple years to fill a presumable release void caused by COVID throwing a wrench in game development?

Jake Z

The best part about Ana was all of it! You fit so well with the team (starts chanting ONE OF US), the blaseball interview was great, and the Christmas special had me cracking up. Thank you for taking a chance on the Minnmax community!

Hallo? What thing do you tweak in the options meny before you start playing a new game or after some time in the game? I always put on the subtitles and after about 2 hours of play I always turn up the volume on the music and turn down the SFX. And turn down the contrast in Resident Evil 2. So it is not so scary, you know.

Hello, cohorts. This question is for Kyle, but if anyone else has any insights, I’d still be happy to hear them. With a 7-month-old baby in the house, I am constantly thinking about the role games are going to have in his life. Literally every screen in the house is a magnet for his eyeballs, and I find it kind of terrifying. While I have no plans to ban or put a time limit on video games outright when he is older, I am fearful of how to raise him so that he is naturally interested in creating, thinking, or other taking part in other healthy habits, rather than just consuming media. I have some very general ideas of how to do this, like making sure he’s completed 1 or 2 productive/meaningful things before he’s able to play. But what technique(s) should I start using now so that my kid doesn’t grow up with this consumption mentality? Also, congratulations, Ana! You’re gonna do great things!
