If you only buy one car, it’s gotta be the Shion “Coyote!” It’s by far the most versatile, and a joy to drive.

2021-01-10 18:56:25 +0000 UTCI invested all my upgrades into the reflex build with a focus on handguns. Many of the perks don't seem useful, but the percentages stack on top of each other in a way that almost breaks the game. Add on a suppressor with 3x damage and I was doing about 30,000 damage per headshot on enemies.
