Overwatch League players didn't leave OWL to play Valorant because they wanted to leave Overwatch! They left because there was no room for them in OWl anymore! Everyone who left to join Valorant did so because they either retired from OWL because they had gotten too old to play; or were sitting on the bench, not playing anymore! Zack Lombardo aka ZackaREEEE was a hot pick for Dallas Fuel during Stage 4 back in 2018, and was one of the first runnings in 2019, but would quickly be benched before the season was. At the start of the 2020 season; Lombardo was all be done in OWL. He could either spend his time on the bench; or retire from Overwatch, and move on. So at the young age of 20; Zack Lombardo was now a Former OWL player, and joined Faze Clan for Valorant. This is but one story of many like it in the Overwatch League history. Many left for health reasons, and some of those were Mental Health reasons. Ms. Diaz is missing a few facts behind the push towards Valorant; so I thought I'd clear a few things up! Massively popular game (at its peak), and she’s on the box cover. Instantly recognizable voice and character design — I think. Not on Mario’s level, but no one is, really.
