Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath - We could jump in and play this expansion that continues Mortal Kombat 11's story... and adds RoboCop. One catch though, Suriel is out of town so we'd be missing our expert.
Maneater - We'd explore the open seas and eat too many people in this new shark game.
Minecraft Dungeons - Mojang made a Diablo-clone, and it's fun!

I usually select the multi-player focused games hoping that multiple cohorts will be playing (like the predator stream) any chance of that with Minecraft?
