As for Hot Chip, they're a pretty weird sound but they're a lot of fun too so definitely check 'em out. - I'd suggest checking out digitaldetox.com or just researching the term online. I haven't really done that but lemme know if it works for you guys - I used to put alarms every 5 minutes but putting my phone away from the bed so I gotta get up to turn off the alarm works for me lol even though I hate it - if yall want to really lose some sleep over losing online privacy, check out The Great Hack on Netflix. I used to think "Privacy is a human right" was kinda bogus until I saw that
