Feels like the wrong time for that claim. Maybe him saying that as he’s passed off to the authorities in this Terra firma if we are still in the very antagonistic Terra firma. Could be an opportunity for the Terra firma to try arresting Serena, provoking Centralis, they just wouldn’t be prepared for our bundle of blonde energy.

:/ I would find the attempt at the end more interesting if it didn't make the character look like a moron. Whatever story they concoct literally will hold no water. The influence of Amelia, Anathor, and Serena alone would make any attempts flounder instantly. Let alone they have someone from Intelligence. The guys is just too stupid to know how much shit he's stepped into. You already have attempts at fake codes and other BS. I just don't see this going anywhere interesting unless he's immediately shut down. If his claims aren't immediately treated as stupid as they are, I'm going to be disappointed.

I don’t think Centralis has anything to do with this. It might be that the Indefatigable is a "salvage", thus "legally" in the hands of its current crew. Which could (with lots of hypocrisy and hand waving) be likened to piracy.

I hope this smarmy asshole gets his skull caved in soon, accusing an officer of piracy is very serious and he still hasn’t identified himself. If this is some sort of set up I don’t really see what their play is. Still not sure how I feel about nerfing Amelia, the ship needs to sort itself out or it’s much more of a liability than asset.

So this is a set up by the part of the empire that they are passing by? I think they were going east? I forgot, but I will assume the Eastern Admiralty basically set her up to declare her a pirate. Also I would say taking hold of a second ship for Amelia to go to so she can use her powers from would be the way to go. I think it would be a massive tactical error by Serena to basically have precision nuclear strikes (Amelia) and only use tanks (Vengeance) in warfare.

Very interesting intrigue. Someone in Centralis setting her up? But her supposed 'piracy' would have to be verified with a truth stone... We look forward to seeing how deep this rot goes.
