For those who haven't noticed, I'm currently running through the first 77 chapters, updating numerous typos and fixing consistency errors. The reason that this is happening is I have a deadline with Tapas under my non-exclusive contract to meet. The reason that this is happening now is I've done the classic the-due-date-is-the-do-date level of university procrastination many of us our familiar with!

The good news is that the overall quality of the series, especially in the first arcs, will improve. Looking back, it's amazing how many missing/misspelt and other terrible errors just slipped by for so long! If you ever wanted to do a re-read, now would be a good time!

The bad news is there won't be any new chapters for the next 5 days (planning on being done by the end of this week), as I have to focus on this to meet my contractual obligations.

The extra good news is that this has been a bit of a wake-up call for me, and I feel quite motivated. I find myself looking forward to the end of this little grind so I can produce a lot of brand-new chapters to make up for this week. Going through 20-40k words a day, fixing them up, has really helped me immerse myself in the world of Cascadia and remind myself of themes and other traits that fell to the side of the road in the later chapters.

There is a dedicated Discord channel #refresh-chat for those who want to talk about the older chapters as I clean them up.

As always, thank you to yearends, Aldous, Bast, CelestialDoggie, Elladan, and numerous others for spotting the titanic amount of mistakes my brain slips into every chapter! Could not do this without you!

P.S The wallpaper/novel cover continues, and this is the latest WIP I've received from the artist. It's coming along nicely!
