Amazing seeing familiar faces and animals. And we're loving all the new characters, animation and story. Can't wait for more! Gonna work now on the edited version!

I still prefer atla too but saying you didn't watch it because it was stupid I just don't get it cause that is the whole point(?) This kind of thing happens all the time irl, obviously it is bullshit but it still happens so it's good representation imo

2025-06-30 01:17:38 +0000 UTCI only watched first episode of this show and it's disappointed me right away. All this "bending is bad" is so stupid idea for a villain. If bending wasn't there they would be still in Aang era without electricity etc. Nickelodeon pushed creators of ATLA to make Korra when they wanted to do book 4 about Azula redemption and Zuko finding his mother. So they speed up Korra with this 3 elements bending as a toddler bullshit bc even creators wasn't into Korra. This show was a disaster for Nickelodeon bc they expect the same view % as Aang but Korra had such a small watch time that the last 3 episodes were not broadcast. Now I'm older and I came here to try to watch it again but this 3 episodes are so boring.

At least in the fire nation with their primitive tanks and later hot air balloons.. now we are fully in the industrial revolution. And i heard rumors the next avatar show if it will come will be modern day or even little Cyberpunk but who knows... If it ever comes just like the movie😅

2025-01-14 12:45:10 +0000 UTCSomething to keep in mind when watching books 1-3 is that Nickelodeon wouldn't ever tell the creators if they were getting more than one season at a time, so each book feels like it's the last season of the show, cause a lot of people don't know why the books are paced the way they are, vs ATLA where the creators knew there was going to be 3 books. So please be a little forgiving of any pacing problems. Legend of Korra is still so good.

The show itself is a great show, and anyone who says differently is only judging it as a sequel and not as a series It’s got super high highs and like one or two lows
