Mike: Stupid is as stupid does.

SCD

I'm betting he is going to dump Sandy by the end of chapter and try to start getting closer to Lucy, only for her and/or Augustus to draw the titular "Line in the Sand". Basically he's going to get his own version of "December"

Mordaunt-the-Wizard

Ooooh no, na ah, you stay away from Lucy. Try again in a few years. Despite Lucy clearly still loves you, you burned her baaaad. Go take care of yourself first and later think of dating again. Seriously, this comics can't end with them being together (if thats the end game). Maybe in a time skip where they date later but not now. Though I prefer LucyxAug..., still hoping.

WitchDoll

Oof, are her words sounding like your own inner monologue, Mike? He picked up Sandy's call, and I bet he regretted taking her back the moment he hung up the phone. They're both trying to use each other to bolster their own self-worth, but their lives have become too different. Sandy needs support in her professional life, which Mike has no experience with, and Mike needs someone who genuinely wants to know everything going through his head, and Sandy is too busy with a new career to have the mental space for Mike's emotional troubles (plus it's much easier to support someone emotionally in person)

Elizabeth Hunter

Mike how can you see into Lucy's nightmares what is this power

SomeColourMage

Aw. Lucy is having another nightmare. Lol I'd like to think he hasn't said a word in hours
