For one, he sucks at making an apology. and second, Sue needs to justlet David be. That being said, David also pokes his nose into things way too much too and has a hard time just being quiet too so I get her point too sometimes. That being said, David shows intelligence when he actually cares, and think that shows he's not an over or under achiever, he's just unmotivated. Just cause he couldn't care less about one class but does well in another doesn't mean he's dumb. it could just mean he just doesn't care enough. It's not exactly a good a trait, but it's an understandable one that almost randomly makes him suddenly focused.
