I sort of sympathize for Mike. He's kinda lost almost everything he once had(Not saying alot of it isn't his fault, but it'd mess with you regardless) He lost his best friend, had a chance to get it all back together but flaked out last second cause he just can't get over his long distance GF. His long distance GF cheated on him so it's hard to trust her too. Same GF has also crushed alot of his interests. He's not looked at as highly by everyone. And now he doesn't have any particular skills. He found a potential interest in running and track, but David almost immediatly showed he was better and now his team kinda openly says "They don't need him"(I believe that was James who said that, or was it that one background character?) I ain't saying some of that isn't his own fault. But the dude has been just suffering and getting nothing but L's recently. He's starting to act like Lucy now, and I mean Lucy when she was truly at her worst(For keeping people at arms reach) but to be fair... he was just insulted by his teammates so he's just giving a little back here. James isn't exactly at fault either. He wasn't told to keep it a secret, Mike just knows his friends better so he figured it out(or actually was told or something) but yes. He's right, David sucks at keeping secrets, our good boy over there can hardly keep it a secret that he knows he's in a comic.

2025-04-25 21:27:23 +0000 UTCOkay, I kinda need everyone to reel it in on Mike, poor man was manipulated into another toxic relationship with a pretty girl, and tried entering a new friend group that he thought was low risk, just to be outdone by a member of his old friend group again. I'll let his sassiness slide due to him being rubbed raw by a comment and again not getting an owed apology.
