I thought of a good roleplay that could be mostly language-neutral! Japanese EMT / nurse 👩🏻⚕️ (Haruka) does a check up on an English-speaking tourist (viewer). She might say a bit in Japanese, maybe uses some basic English instructions, but mostly she can just pretend to be checking our body. Like the "follow my finger" test ☝️↔️ is a great trigger that can get a little more interesting when you add in oppai! Thank you for reading my long suggestion, hopefully it wasn't hard to understand. 🤗
