HEY GUYS
I GUESS WE’RE BACK
Souppy motivated me to come back even though I really wasn’t feeling it because of last week, AND HONESTLY I DON’T REGRET IT because this is a different model who is chill nor did I get to hear centrist bullshit from old people!!!!!!!!
So let’s go!!!!!!!!!!

Here’s the 1s. Don’t mind that weird-looking torpedo arm on the bottom-left hahahahahah YOWZA
I really like the one in the bottom-middle, with the thighs and the sitting. I really wanna get better at depicting weight and the lines were pretty good there.

The 2s!! The first drawing was suffering from a dull charcoal stick to I snagged a new one and the later drawings felt better!
Tastefully smears over a super shoddy hand in order to look ~artistic~
I did that once with an earlier session where I smeared up the model’s face because it came off terrible, and Souppy’s mother ate that up!!!! “That looks amazing!!” THANKS I TOTALLY INTENDED TO BLUR OUT THE HEAD
not gonna lie it did look pretty cool :-[

The 5s. I love how much she varies!! Very interesting poses to me.

The 10s! I was too shy to draw THE BITS in the second pose so I just fuzzed it over tastefully :-[
I noticed a piece of string…….. you go girl

I’M SO EMBARRASSED YOU GUYS
MAN
THIS IS
A TRAINWRECK
AAAAAAAAAA
My god I’m sorry lmao SHES LIKE A SNAKE HER TORSO IS TOO DAMN LONG NOOOOO
I drew her face so well and for some reason I didn’t think to do my usual measuring??? You can see I started to regret that by erasing her hand and redrawing it, which looks awful. BUT I DIDN’T SEEM TO LEARN MY LESSON BECAUSE I STILL DIDN’T MEASURE HER. So please don’t be like me guys. Use your tool to measure parts of her body relative to other parts of the body. Makes a WORLD of difference. It sucks because it’s such a good pose!!! And I did a similar pose earlier that didn’t look so bad!!
This is the kinda drawing that makes me wish photoshop could be utilised IRL. I could crop her torso!!! Move the legs-crotch closer to the left! That would solve a lot!!!!

2s and 5s. CHECK OUT THE DIFFERENCE IN CHARCOAL SHARPNESS. I got too focused writing commentary during the 20min break that I lost track of time and couldn’t sharpen a charcoal!! I ended up using a different type I had that I already sharpened, I’ve been using willow for a long time, but this sharpened charcoal is hard and man did it feel good. I should use that type more often!! Makes the model look less blobby!

First of the 20s!
CAN YOU SEE I LEARNED MY LESSON?????
She did a difficult pose and I MEASURED IT!!!! So it’s looking so much better!!!! Love dis foreshortening

And that’s it!!!!!
