New Tournament UPDATE!!

We have been teasing everyone with a new tournament but for 2 weeks now we have been silent to ensure we don't mess around. So, today we will be making a thorough spoiler-free preview on this so-called new tournament!
In this post we are going to see what this new tournament is, which teams will be competing and what it means for JMR in the future. For anyone who wants to keep themselves surprised please don't continue reading...

The name of the new tournament is "G-Force Endurance"! This tournament is nothing you have ever seen on JMR, being a brand new design, with 8 teams competing for a knock-out system. There will be 4 heats, the winners will go head to head for the finals, and subsequently the top 4 positions of the tournament!
The event itself relies on centrifugal force as marbles will start from diametrically opposed sides from a stationary position on a fast rotating arena! This is much like real-life wrestling but imagine that you not only have to get your opponent outside of the ring but also survive the spinning disk which directs outwards and outside of the arena! The team which stays the most with at least one member wins the heat! There can be instances that a marble might go off the arena and then return back inside. By the rules this is legal.
The teams that will be:
We chose these teams having in mind their endurance statistics in order to see the best action on screen. From ML winners, to past ML hosts, to Showdown permanent residents, these teams will fight for the endurance crown!
This tournament's results will not be associated with ML/M1/SMR, it is a stand-alone event for those who miss these teams! This will also make the Minty Maniacs the team with the most appearances in different tournaments! (M1, ML, Hubelino and now G-Force Endurance)!
We are considering putting this event in Marble League 2023 also, so if you feel this event is worth it, we would pretty much like your input! If you like it, it will be in the 16 events of this year's ML, if not then we can revisit the event next year.

Like the concept of this, and the possibility of more one-off events like it in the future! Also, really glad to see my Jumpers making an appearance in an event that they might actually have a shot at! LOL!
