we did it. The MarbleLympics 2019 main tournament is over and the feedback we received so far was overwhelming. Our team has finally some time to catch our breath and to look back at the season as a whole. Our staff will start their evaluations for every event soon and we will present the results to you guys here, of course.
Now, what will await you in the next couple of months?
After a short brake, during which Jelle and Dion will go to Japan, we will start with the production of the MarbleLympics Showdown. It is the B-League of the MarbleLympics in which 12 teams, the 8 unqualified from 2019, 2 Hubelino teams and 2 fan teams, will compete in 4 events, in hope to catch one of the 8 spots for the ML20 qualifiers. It's the first time we are using this relegation system and we are very excited to see how it will turn out!
Following the Showdown, there will be the all new Gravitrax Tournament. Gravitrax is a toy brand by Ravensburger that is producing modular marble runs and they were friendly enough to provide us a huge amount of new parts! It will be similar to the Hubelino tournament in terms of length and also replace it for now. Furthermore, we will introduce 8 new teams and smaller sized marbles (MR is 24mm, ML is 16mm and Gravitrax is 12.7mm). This will open up a bunch of new opportunities and we can't wait to dive right into them!
And, of course, there will be the first races of the Marble Rally (former Sand Marble Rally) season. In order to construct the track, we need fairly wet sand and because of that we are dependant on rain here. But, with the rebranding of the league, we will also introduce new track surfaces like asphalt or forest dirt, so hopefully, we will have the first Marble Rally races soon.
What else?
Well, we hope to get Jelle and Dion here soon for a Patreon exclusive AMA. We will keep you updated and share a date as soon as we have one!
After the brake, we also hope to produce some more behind the scenes footage of the Showdown and maybe even the Marble Rally.
All in all, a lot of exciting things to look forward to!

It was pretty chaotic in the last weeks and we had a lot of delays and technical problems. We will do everything to improve on that of course and every spectator will get a personal stadium ticket as compensation... We are really sorry for that but we promise we will only get better!

But i have a small detail, it supposed i was gonna get my name on the credits, i will copy/paste what it was included on the membership: Get your name featured in an exclusive section of the ML Closing Ceremony credits. and probably is my mistake, but i didnt see it, can you tell me where i missed it? pls! and thank you for all your big effort. my sincere support, Rafael Quijano
