Maybe Joey overreacted, but i get him. He loves chandler like his brother, so he was upset that he betrayed him. But the hug was amazing. And Monica and Richard’s son… i dont know. I don’t like iť and I wouldn’t do it

2025-08-21 08:41:53 +0000 UTCJoey definitely overreacted about Chandler and Kathy. Of course kissing your best friend's girlfriend is wrong but those were special circumstances. It wasn't planned and it wasn't something they would then lie about for months. I'm pretty sure Kathy thought they were exclusive so Joey was basically cheating on her. If Joey had loved and been committed to Kathy I would've understood him being hurt. Or if Chandler and Kathy had had a full blown affair. But they didn't. I get it's because it was Chandler but it was NOT a betrayal. Joey's reaction was so over the top and forced. It was like he felt like he should be mad even though he really wasn't. And he wasn't mad at Kathy at all. But what matters is he came around in the end and I agree, that hug felt so genuine! Also, yes, Monica and Richard's son, Timothy, was just gross. Maybe not wrong in the sense that it wasn't hurting anyone, although you could argue that not telling Richard about it was a little insensitive. "Judge all you want but married a lesbian, left a guy at the altar, married a gay ice dancer, threw a girl's wooden leg in a fire, living in a box!" was such a funny comeback though 🤣 Btw, I love Michael Vartan, the actor who plays his son. He was in a movie with Drew Barrymore called Never Been Kissed in the late 90's (in hindsight, that whole movie is a bit problematic lol) and I had such a huge crush on him 😍 Fun facts: This is called a "bottle episode" where the crew has a limited budget. This is why most of it takes place in Monica and Rachel's apartment and is also why it consists of mostly the main cast. Other bottle episodes are most of the Thanksgiving eps (1x09, 6x09, 7x08, 08x09, 9x08), 3x02, 5x19, 6x06, 7x01 and 8x04. And in case you're wondering, Joey said "Va fa Napoli" which means "Go to Naples". It's a more polite way of saying "vaffanculo" which means "Go fuck yourself" 😂

2025-08-20 17:57:56 +0000 UTCSee I'm on the fence on one hand yes she should have a serious conversation with both him and Richard but on the other hand her and Richard knew it would never work first it was the age gap then the not wanting children so if she found that his son who there is lest if no age gap wants the same thing she dose and they have talked with Richard and he is good with it then why not l. But if they were to continue without that conversation then yeh is wired
