The theme song is by the band The Rembrandts. Following the song's release, it reached the top 10 in several countries. In Canada, it peaked at #1 for 5 consecutive weeks and was the most successful single of 1995. The song became so popular that they got The Rembrandts to help write a longer version. At the peak of its popularity, it was not available as a commercial single, therefore becoming the first song to top the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart without appearing on the Hot 100. When it was later released commercially, it reached #17. The 6 main cast members appear in the music video, which I recommend reacting to (see here: https://youtu.be/SCQGnVrTsAM?si=pL7ZiLVtJPlHcEO3). The video was shot on the set of SNL. Crazy fact: The iconic clapping at the end of the first line of the song were a last-minute addition. The song has been covered by a few artists/bands such as The Goo Goo Dolls (see here: https://youtu.be/ScsaxprVH2I?si=36qJ7Mlk-hTd5hoG) and Meghan Trainor (the latter sang it at the Empire State Building light show to celebrate the 25th Anniversary in 2019, see here: https://youtu.be/20B9xXrifWY?si=TCwi2h2ICuxQGQ6F). Not you calling out everything in this episode, except for Joey "learning his lesson"! The director is a jerk but so funny. Johanna is so mean to poor Sophie but she's so funny too 😂 And it's actually quite funny how smart Ross can be when it comes to science but doesn't seem to understand any social cues. Also love Phoebe calling out the corrupt government! And no, I've never dated/slept with someone I worked with.

The kicker is that I did it to myself, found out she was straight like a month into my crush( the crush lasted about 7 months). However, I still liked her and would still go out of my way to try and talk to her during work hours, and like offer snacks and stuff like (not like being forceful /weird or HR worthy)that, and we even hung out once or twice with other co-workers outside of work. It was low-key bad to a point that I thought (in my opinion, I never actually confirmed this) that she knew I liked her but for some reason wouldn't confront me about it. But then she left for a new job, and i tried to convince myself to tell her so it wouldn't weigh on me anymore and I could put an end to my crush once and for all, but i chickened out! to this day i don't know if she knew but some time has past and i eventualy got over her.
