2) Go to the pinned post at the top saying WELCOME. The password will be in that post.
If you are using Patreon on your PHONE APP:
1) Click on Songs From A Suitcase profile picture to get to the main page.
2) Click the search bar on the right and put in the word BAAGEL (but use one โAโ instead of two AA)
This will bring up a post with the password.

2024-01-27 05:11:21 +0000 UTCI think Rachel still needs the education NYADA can provide and some time to grow up before heading back to Broadway. She may have her moments but she is still often very self centered. She was almost frantic about returning to NYADA, just like the last time when she tried to get in. And then was willing to throw it all away - again. For me that doesn't read like responsible adult behaviour. NYADA doesn't just provide vocal and dance training, which she may not really need much anymore, but I would assume that there would be classes about all sorts of related stuff, like legalities, negotiating contracts and the rights and responsibilities that come with those. Also workshops and student productions where she might be forced to do different things, like work behind the scenes or just be the uderstudy or in the chorus for a change. A prestigious school like that may also help with finding an agency and the connections forged with fellow students, be that actors, writers or maybe even producers probably won't hurt either. I think more time at NYADA woud give her broader education and skill sets that would benefit her in the long haul.

And it might be a generational thing that you don't know her. She was HUGE in the 1970s (her variety show ran from 1967 to 1978). My mother saw her on Broadway in her debut in Once Upon a Mattress in 1959 (Mom's from just over the border in Jersey and would take the bus in for shows - she also saw Richard Burton, Julie Andrews and Robert Goulet in Camelot.) I am amused that you are so amused by Myron. I think he's an annoying character (wait until Regionals), but to each their own. The Geraldo interview had me cracking up. I remember watching the opening of Capone's vault live and the crushing disappointment of it being an empty room. So embarrassing! And as for the "teachers being fired" thing... this has happened a lot. Now it's OnlyFans, but it used to be Playboy, etc. Schools fire teachers all the time for stuff like reading a book about gender fluidity or doing other stuff that is legal. Porn is a big no-no in puritanical America. Love that Becky took her down. Apparently her line to not cross was not letting the Warblers join the glee club. Who knew? LOL
