I SCREWED UP. NO LIVE STREAM.

I'm not able to do the live stream today and I feel absolutely terrible about it. I take pride in being someone that people can depend on. Someone that stands true to their word. But I really can't do the live stream to the level that you all deserve and what I have promised.
I told him that I feel like a fake. I've been promising these live streams and then one after another they get messed up. Either it's zoom update being dumb, my internet going out, then getting it fixed only to find out that I cant have more than one device up, then we finally move into a new house with better internet and it's been zoom the whole time. So when I decided to switch to Twitch, I had NO IDEA what I was getting into.
Even after hiring a OBS specialist to set up my system, I'm finding out that I simply dont have the equipment needed to properly stream in a way that shows the YT videos and me and camera and mic. My computer simply doesn't have the amount of ports I need.
I feel like I'm failing over and over again and I really just feel horrible that I'm letting you all down.
I can't balance all of this with moving countries, earth quakes, and then we move again on tuesday to our year long home, only to have me leave ten days later to visit family for two weeks. I'm late with paid video reactions and I'm barely keeping up with episodes.
I simply feel overwhelmed and more than anything I feel like a fake. You guys mean the world to me and I want you to know how truly sorry I am that Ive been messing up so much lately. Please know that I'm really trying my hardest to give you the content that I promised. My heart hurts that I'm letting you down time and time again.
So, I need to step back and set things up properly before I launch back into live events. That means that if you paid for a live song reaction, I have two options available for you. You can either get a pre-recorded song reaction from me that is not live OR you can wait until next month when I have everything settled and go live again. Also if neither of these options work for you then message me and I will refund your song reaction charge. No judgment or questions from me with any of the options you choose.
I have messaged the OBS specialist to have another meeting with him about what equipment I need to upgrade to make the next live event as smooth as possible. I will then purchase that and have it professionally set up. I promise you the next live event will go as smooth and professional as possible.
Lastly I want to say THANK YOU! I know most of you don't know me personally, but I really truly care for all of you. You support has utterly changed my life. If I could give you all a hug in person then I would. When I first started my YouTube channel, I never thought I would have such an amazing community of people to lift me up. You all mean the world to me and I never want to let you down.

I'm a single mother to a 4 year old with autisim and a 2 year old suspected autism so my days are hectic and stressful and your videos help me to relax and make me smile. Anyways, I just wanted to say that your not failing anyone and I hope your taking this time to treat yourself and look after yourself as mental health is soo important. Will still be here when your up and running again and ready to watch with you. xx

You literally just moved around the world, uplifting your life, and it will take time to get settled in, figure out how and where to get the services you need, etc. Please cut yourself some slack. You are human and need to remember to take care of yourself. We aren't going anywhere, and we can wait. Please take some time this month too also have a little self-care Audrey. You are going to burn yourself out (it sounds like you already are). You aren't fake you're just a person and people are entitled to take time when major life events happen to take some time before jumping straight back into work. Please take care of yourself.
