She has no other memories other than being in the real world. So the challenge is getting her to truly believe with no prior experience or exposure to the enchanted forest land.

2023-09-29 07:34:55 +0000 UTCHere's the thing about magic in the real world, it does exist in certain situations and often hinders greatly on belief. Pinocchio/August knows magic is real, he has experienced it and therefore his belief can carry through to reality. Does that make sense? It will also be displayed that it exists in minor ways throughout the show, can't wait for you to watch more. As for what Regina was doing with David, think Regina George (I know you like to call her that), getting with a boy so the other girl won't. She thinks being with David will cause conflict between Snow and him, throwing an obstacle in their path How will Emma come to believe when there are only two episodes left? These last two episodes are going to be so much fun to watch you react to.....I can't wait to see what you think

2023-09-27 16:05:43 +0000 UTCLoved that reaction!!! Here's my take on the Regina/David thingy : obviously she was playing him, but i see it as a tiny bit more nuanced than this. I think ever since she knew him, she kinda liked him, not in a real big crush or anything really romantic, she just thinks he's a handsome nice guy (let's also remember that he's a blue eye-ed, blond, outdoorsy guy which kind of fits what she liked about Daniel). So imo, when he got her back home after her car broke down and Henry wasn't there, she saw an opportunity. She thought that getting with him would be useful to make sure he wouldn't go back to Snow and it would give her a new good-looking play thing since she killed Graham, all wins for her. Not a good choice, again, but imo it shows that she's getting desperate, trying to hold on to what she thinks is her happy ending. However, i'm so excited to see your reactions to the last episodes of the season, i think you're going to love them!!

I am currently rewatching season two for the hundredth time since you got me back into it. I think that Regina did that whole thing with David was to distract him from Mary Margaret. I honestly did not remember much about this episode because of how good the series gets. I think she is doing everything she can to stop the curse from being broken. Also, I forgot how much August was a vital role in season one. Can’t wait for your reactions.

2023-09-27 05:40:40 +0000 UTCThis is one of the episodes I was waiting for. I really like August/Pinocchio's backstory. As well as his character. It definitely was a lot of pressure and responsibility to place on a kid his age. Hard to fault him for leaving her behind and not being able to entirely keep his promise. Even though he carries a lot of guilt because of it which is testament to his character. If he really was a bad kid he wouldn't have cared or felt like he did anything wrong. His scenes with his dad always make me tear up. Especially because he doesn't remember him. Even if he did there would be no for him to recognize him given he would only have the memories of him as a little boy. August taking the assistant "job" just to get to be near him and spend time with him warms my heart. They had so many years together stolen from them. But at least they're together now.

2023-09-27 02:25:15 +0000 UTCI CANNOT WAIT FOR LAST TWO EPISODES OF SEASON ONE!!!!! Also I think Regina went after David because all of her previous tactics to keep him and Mary Margaret (MM) apart didn't work. So if she gets him to like her while him and MM are not together, she can make sure he won't go back to MM while also causing her pain seeing him with the only person she strongly dislikes.
