The little kid will lead her there because, well, he's a little kid. The kid can lure Buffy somewhere because she would probably feel obligated to help a kid out. I loved the generic scream sound effect when the vampire was in the incinerator. The prissy one's name is Cordelia btw. Also I believe Cory's right, I am 99% sure we never seen Owen again.

2023-04-22 15:46:02 +0000 UTCI really didn't like Xander's intense jealousy and passive aggressiveness in this episode (okay that's probably going to be a running theme with me LOL) but I also didn't like how Buffy initially acted towards Owen either. It grosses me out every time that I see Xander trying to tilt Buffy's music box mirror so he can see her getting dressed. Gag. He was so toxic in season one LOL I'm so glad he grows up a little bit. Later. I think she denied Owen because, like she said, Willow and Xander know the score and they are careful but Owen seemed REALLY gung-ho about just throwing himself into the danger side. She didn't want that from him. He was adrenaline-seeking to feel alive and it was going to get him killed and she recognized that. Very mature of her to turn him down for that reason despite still liking him a lot. And yeah, I don't think we ever see Owen again, not even in passing LOL
