Personally, I think some songs are definitely better from Glee than the original. Especially when Naya starts to open her mouth. However, I've seen so many good singers try to sing rain on my parade, people, woman in love and papa can you hear me where the hairs on the back of my neck went up and not in a positive way. To interpret Streisand well is yes, hardcore. But Lea has set the bar damn high for other singers. An artist who made it with Papa can you hear me, that my jaw dropped and the tears stood in my eyes. .

With that being said, the scene with that song is always so gut wrenching, and I feel like crying every time I see it. Tissue warning is in full effect.

I didn't like much this particular compilation because it's too short, like 5, 6 songs only, but well, there are more. I had suggested Audrey to do some versus videos months ago because there are hundreds of Glee songs for her to review. Thanks Audrey. PErhaps you then could do Glee versus other versions, like masked singer, not only versus originals.
