Tonsil Update
Added 2022-08-27 00:07:21 +0000 UTCSurgery went smooth. Anesthesiologist was amazing! No vomiting!
However my doctor decided I couldn’t have food or water for an additional 24 hour but didn’t say WHY. The nurses keep saying I have to wait until I finally see him this morning. So far, with pre-surgery fasting, I’m at 36 hours!
It’s a long rant that I don’t quite have the energy for right now (no wonder why!) but let’s just say I’ve been sneaking water from the mini fridge and Im pretty fucking HANGRY right now.
Danny is on his way back to the hospital now to start pushing for them to release me since I can’t talk and I’m a WOMAN 🤦♀️ ( yea that’s a whole other rant right there)
But the good news is that I’m fine and recovering well.
