I knew the show was dark but have never seen it so didn't know it was that dark. It must have been such an intense experience for them all. I knew Jonathan and Lea were close but this explains a lot about their friendship and it's even deeper than I thought. So glad they won their Tonys and got the attention they deserved <3

2022-05-30 14:46:52 +0000 UTCUgh, I looove this documentary! I could watch it every day! Let me just say, it surprised me exactly NOT AT ALL that Lea has shown Jonathan her whole business. It just seems like something they’d do 🤷🏻♀️ Back when they were filming the Glee season 1 finale episode, a lot of the audience members at Regionals were Glee fans who lined up for an open call, and I remember a lot of them on message boards saying that during a break from filming, Lea jumped on Jonathan and they made out “for 7 minutes at least.” There is a podcast that Jamie Lee Curtis does about best friends, and she had Jon and Lea on as guests and he said that once Naya came up to them and said “there’s no way the two of you aren’t fucking.” I’m guessing that was also during regionals filming lol. I’m glad they’re still so close, how could you not be after that? I saw this show on tour in 2011 at the Pantages and it is excellent! The message is so important. I grew up in a Christian household, but my parents still talked to me about sex when I asked, but that is not the reality for some people. On a side note, I don’t know how John Gallagher Jr. and Lauren Pritchard are not more famous, their voices are amazing! They all sounded great! If I didn’t live in California and the show hadn’t sold out in 5 minutes I’d definitely have gone to the reunion, I was soooo obsessed with this show when I discovered it. Still listen to the album regularly 😁
