2023-03-31 08:18:52 +0000 UTCIt may have been because I was drinking some (oops! frozen) wine, but I cried through like half this episode. <3 By this point I had stopped watching the show on air. I had no idea Carol Burnett was going to show up. ABSOLUTELY ADORE HER. As fantastically loveable as she is, she managed to make me believe in the bully vibe. Everything about Sue's wedding dress was perfect. Her sister <3. The Furt Wedding was both weird (lots of teenagers singing about whimsically getting married but not for serious?) and emotionaly-amamazing. I would be mad as hell if I were the mom and had to give a speech after Kurt's dad because he turned me into a wreck. Sidenote: Kurt's dad... I cannot see without thinking about him (Mike O'Maley) hosting Guts on Nickelodeon. I never specifically watched it, but it was always on right before or after something I wanted to watch. I loved the insight into Sue's background and how quick she was to deal with bullying to the decently best? of her limits.

2022-03-28 13:03:07 +0000 UTCLove this episode so much as a Kurt fan ❤️ and yes Burt and Carol do get married only about a year-ish after getting together but remember they both lost their other spouses! They touch on just being in the moment rather than waiting in later episodes too.
