Santana "the lips" sort of sounds like Dianna as a character's choice. In the movie is Rif RAF doing the vocals of the lips 👄 but in the original play is an usherette played by the same Magenta actress and she sings in a very childish/girlie voice, (like a dumb blonde). I think Naya took inspiration from both OG actors to do her own version.

The singer behind the lips was Dianne (Quinn). You probably should see the original Rocky Horror Picture Show. Unfortunately, it isn't shown live much anymore.
