The game is NOT using/applying Xbox/Playstation HDR Calibration app settings.
The game has a decent HDR implementation but with a misleading reference image and a slider with no numeral values at all.
If you have an LG OLED and:
> you're using Dynamic Tone Mapping or Dynamic Contrast:
- Set HDR slider to: +10 clicks from Middle/Max (which is around 2.000 nits; Max);
> you're using HGIG:
- Set HDR slider to: +6 clicks from Middle (which is around 800 nits) or +8 clicks (for G2) or +10 clicks (for G3).
If you don't have an LG OLED and:
> you don't have an HGIG option:
- Set HDR slider to: +7 clicks from Middle (which is around 1.000 nits);
> you're using HGIG:
- Start with the HDR slider to: +7 clicks from Middle (which is around 1.000 nits) and then decrease it -2/+2 based on your real Peak HDR Brightness of your TV (up to 2.000 nits max).
