smh. EVITA. google it. (it astounds me that world history is apparently no longer taught in schools... juan & eva peron's rise to & fall from power had implications worldwide. the lack of knowledge is kinda sad.. but kinda telling too. guess history starts in the 80s now.)

I managed to get the link working by viewing it from a laptop rather than my phone. I'm struggling to understand how you guys didn't realise that was from a movie, those crowd scenes from the balcony of the Casa Rosada (the office of the Argentinian president) were epic, I know Madonna puts a lot into her music videos, but not to that extent haha.

This is from the movie Evita, which actually won Madonna a best actress Golden Globe. Has nothing to do with "Take a Bow" and "You'll See". ;)

I loved this movie!!!! Madonna was perfection as Eva Peron

The link doesn’t work.

The song is one of the most famous songs from Broadway from the 20th century. It's from Evita, a musical written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice in 1978. It tells the early life story, rise to power and death of Eva Peron, the second wife of the President Juan Peron. This song is sung on the night of his winning election to the adorning public. In the theater the song is a breathtaking, show stopping masterclass of drama and melody. It doesn't have the same effect in the movie. The guy in the crowd is Che, the narrator of the musical, played by Antonio Banderas. Che is a critic of Evita and doesn't think she has Argentina's best interest in mind. Hence the menacing scowl as he walked thru the crowd. Antonio B was not in the music videos You'll See and Take a Bow. They were filmed around the same time and have the same vibe but they're not related. Evita is a great show. If you ever get the chance to see it live you should check it out. It's one of Andrew Lloyd Webber's best rock operas of the 70's. Madonna as Eva and the film version of the musical is good but nothing compares to live theater.

And yes, the guy playing President Juan Peron, was in GOT

Hmmm couldn’t watch the video said page not found.

“That guy” in the crowd is Antonio banderas. Puss in boots in shrek. NO he is not from those other videos. Lol. And this was a film EVITA. About the wife of the president Eva peron.
