This is on her for taking drugs she knew could harm her child, and him because he was old enough to know better. There is no way the world will be safe with him walking free. He should never have been released. But, parents have also got to supervise their children. It only takes one time of letting them go alone, for a predator to strike. We hear about it time and time again. Itβs so sad we no longer have that freedom. Maybe we never had it. We just got lucky that nothing happened.
