UNPAUSING BILLING to allow signups again ahhhh-

Ahoi y'all!~

As I mentioned in this post from a few days ago, the reason many folks were getting the "Creator isn't accepting new signups at this time" error when trying to subscribe is due to a technical issue with the site while billing renewals for the month is paused. This is likely a bug after switching to the newer subscription model of billing, rather than the previously used '1st of the month' billing I used to have.
I was told this problem was brought up to the Engineering team, but they still haven't given me any updates on a fix since then.
Therefore, I'm going to unpause billing here so that those who would like to subscribe will be able to again~ Welcome aboard! T vT7

For existing patrons who have their billing cycle for renewals between the 1st and 7th of each month (which should be most of ya), your billing cycle has already passed so you're all gud! 👍 You can ignore this post aha~

For existing patrons who have their billing cycle for renewals between the 8th and the end of the month, send me a DM once you're charged again this January and I'll look thru my records to verify and then refund that charge for ya~
Reminder that this is only for renewals from last month, not new subscriptions. So if you were last charged or first subscribed between 12/8 and 12/31 and have stayed subscribed since then, this applies to youuuuu!!~
This way it'll be like your renewal was also paused for this month like it should've been~ = v=/ Before Pat decided to break ahh...
