Progress and activity report for May

May is tax festival and my wallet is empty. There is no Golden Week. I just went to see the cherry blossoms on my bike. To be honest, I haven't been able to put together a proper video this month (or this month?). I'm sorry. So this is my activity report.

There haven't been any articles at all for the past month. And then, on May 31st, I posted this. I want to stop this routine, but I'm starting to realize that it's impossible to create a 3DCG video in a month.

Initially, I wanted to make an erotic video using a cross-sectional vagina model that I've been researching little by little for the past few months, but when I made a video of her lying down, I thought "She's cute...I want to play with her more," and I got stuck in a rut and ended up not finishing the video.

Ci-en allows you to embed as many videos as you want into the fabric, but Patreon only allows you to embed still images. It's really frustrating.

That's right...I want to make use of things like this. The vulva needs to be pixelated, but for some reason the inside of the vagina is allowed in doujinshi and Adult Video in Japan. I think it's a place where I need to put effort, but I think that by improving my simulation skills, I can express things that I couldn't do before.

As for the breasts, I'm walking around wondering what the answer is while looking at various live-action women's breasts that are large, and I'm refining the settings. In the lying down position, problems arise that didn't come up in the situations (upright position) I've made in previous videos.

I wonder what to do with the penis... I sometimes think that it doesn't have to be human-shaped. And I never thought that my first cloud simulation video would be about a penis, but it turned out to be a penis.

Trying out functions like this that I haven't used before can lead to inspiration in the future, like "Oh, maybe I can use this in this situation?" Probably.

(3DCG tech talk...) I tried kneading the breasts so much that they were deformed, and I got a setting that could withstand that, but the usual Pencil+ toon shading was weak and the shading didn't convey the changes in the breasts at all. So I thought I'd add an occlusion map to add some flavor, but it doesn't work with 3dsmax's standard renderer, and the other renderers don't support Pencil+... so I still can't shake the feeling that there's nothing between the tools. The renderer I could use with 3dsmax 2014 allowed me to use Pencil+ with somewhat modern shaders and global illumination (indirect light and the occlusion map, etc.), but I can't use that anymore...

Also, I've started to feel like I can't put together a cohesive piece of work with this method. "Isn't her character kind of bad?" ... Or rather, I have a story about Pantra-chan going round and round in my head, but it's becoming clear that it would take a ridiculous amount of work to visualize it, so maybe I'll put her to sleep for now and create a packaged work with another charactor that can be sold on DLsite and so on. It's still a vague idea.
